      <image:title>Home - Sea Glass</image:title>
<image:caption>Sea glass is glass from broken bottles and other glassware that has been worn by the elements, tumbled in the ocean against powerful waves, rocks, and sand. Often times it has traveled far distances. Through this process, the glass shard is smoothed over and refined, transforming it into something different than it was. Often viewed as a metaphor for life, sea glass is a symbol of healing and renewal.</image:caption>

      <image:title>About - Taylor Damiani, Ph.D., Founder</image:title>
<image:caption>Hi! I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist serving clients in California, Florida, and Texas. I work with adult children of narcissistic, emotionally unavailable/immature, toxic or neglectful parents. They grew up walking on eggshells and are trying to reclaim themselves and grow in self-love, acceptance and worth. I help survivors of relational trauma find their way back to themselves and find peace. If you suspect there’s more to you, deep within - somewhere underneath all the helping, people-pleasing, and perfectionism - but are afraid to live out loud and be your own person, you’re my people.</image:caption>

      <image:title>Individual Therapy - My approach</image:title>
<image:caption>I approach people with the belief that they are more than their pain, and want more than just an end to the suffering in their life. People want to lead meaningful lives congruent with their values. I’ll aim to empower you to sit in the driver's seat of your mental health (I’ll be in the passenger's seat). We'll take into account the goals and values that are most important to you, and let those drive our work together. We'll explore what keeps you doing "away moves" and how you can do more "towards moves" to move towards the life that feels meaningful to you. My approach tends to be compassionate, collaborative, and non-judgmental. I provide evidence-based psychotherapy using an integrative approach. I aim to provide culturally sensitive, trauma informed therapy, honoring clients’ strengths, experiences, and intersecting identities.</image:caption>
